The trick here is not to actually touch or sit on the chair, just position the body to do so. Contract the buttock muscles and hold the position for a few seconds. Stand straight and repeat the cellulite exercise six to seven times.

Leg Lifts: Get down on a mat on bended knees and elbows. Hold your position firmly on the ground, and extend one leg straight out. Don't raise the leg; the toe should touch the floor. Lift that leg up and down very slowly, ten times. Every time you raise the leg, contract the abdominal and buttock muscles. After a set of ten repetitions, switch the leg and complete another set. Perform 3 sets for each leg.
