How to Naturally Remove Cellulite with Exercise.
There are a lot of exercises out there the key is to do them on a regular basis and mix up your routine. Warm-up and stretching is very important because it keeps your muscles lean. 

Leg and butt squeeze. 
Start by kneeling on the floor. Lean forward till your elbows forearms and hands are on the floor. Keep your back straight and abs tight. Lift one legs up behind you until it forms a straight line with your back, this will be your “starting” position. Now slowly lift it a little bit higher squeezing your butt and leg tight. Bring it back to “starting” position and pulse up (hinging 6-8 inches in small fast bursts) 20 times, lower to ground and repeat with opposite leg. 

Walk on an incline. 
Walking at an incline slims thighs, firms the butt, and makes for an all around toned lower body. Walking hills, climbing, or just cranking up the interval on the treadmill also burns significantly more calories than walking on a level surface. Burning off extra calories may help in reaching and maintaining a healthy body weight. 
Aim for at least 30 minutes of walking every day of the week in order to stay at a healthy body weight, firm your legss, and reduce the appearance any unwanted dimples or ripples. 

Lunges 
Stand straight with feet about shoulder-width apart. Arms on the hips. Take a step forward with your right foot and lower the body straight down forming a right angle at the knee. Slowly raise yourself up. Do three sets of 30 repetitions for each leg.
