Cardio – Warm up with 2 minutes of moderate walking, cycling, or stair climbing (you can use indoor stationary machines). Increase intensity for 8 minutes. Work vigorously enough to be breathing hard but still able to talk in short sentences. Lower the intensity, and cool down for 2 minutes. 

Sit on a chair+knees raise+jump – 10 reps
This exercise is for thighs and belly and also bring in lots of oxugen. Oxygen takes part in transforming stored fat into energy – you need a lot oxygen for this procedure and that’s why cardio is so popular for burning fat, but there are better ways than running on treadmill. 

Resistance sitting – Sit up straight at the edge of your seat, with feet firmly on the ground. Push against the floor with your feet as if you are going to stand up, but remain sitting, then relax and repeat.  You should try to hold the tense position for at least one minute. 

Scissors Press - Tie an exercise band loosely just above your knees. Lie on your back with your arms down at your sides, and extend both legs straight up directly above your hips; your feet should be spread wide enough that the band is taut. Slowly open your legs as far as you can. Pause when the tension becomes too great to pull any farther, and then slowly close back to the starting position. 

Curls
Leg curls work your hamstrings two different ways--with a machine or with a stability ball. To do stability ball hamstring curls, lie on your back, place the back of your lower legs on the ball and lift your hips in the air. Steadily roll the ball toward your butt by contracting your hamstring muscles, then roll it back out. To use a leg curl machine, lie face-down on the bench, place your lower legs under the padded lever arm and grasp the support handles. In a steady motion, raise the arm up by contracting your hamstrings and slowly lower it back down. When you raise it up, try to touch your heels to your butt. With both exercises, perform 10 to 12 repetitions.

There are certain types of exercises you can try to eliminate cellulite on legs such as squats, interval running or sprinting, and cross training circuits. Squats are considered the ideal leg exercise because aside from removing cellulite on your legs, it can also intensify further areas of your inferior body such as the lower back, hip muscles, ankles, and knees. Interval running, on the other hand, is basically running rapidly then resting actively for a while and run again for a certain length of time. Lastly, cross training routines are performed outside the gym. They can also mean combining exercises like running, weights, biking, push-ups and other types of rigorous outdoor exercises that you can do for 20 minutes or so.
